PARENT EQUIPPING GOALS

We started the conversation and lessons on executive functions and May parent equipping’s will focus on emotional regulation:

In March/April parent equipping discussed self-regulation and the executive functions involved included impulse control, working memory, and cognitive flexibility, also required for emotional regulation.
